What we delivered: Brand identity
Cíclica is a Costa Rican entrepreneurship that provides affordable and high-quality products to manage menstrual cycles. 

In 2021, Cíclica decided to renew its image so it could start a mature stage to expand its catalog of menstrual management products. This project's main goal consisted of renewing the brand from a childlike appearance to a trusted clinical brand.
The Process
For this rebrand, we first understood the current state of the brand, then we performed a benchmark of similar brands, devise new concepts, and sketch and design the new graphic identity.
First step: 
A new LOGOTYPE
Cíclica had already been in the market for a few years. This means that its logotype is already recognized amongst its clients so we decided to redesign it first and make the new branding identity grow around it. To achieve this, we took the current logo, defined a new concept, and developed the new one.
We decided to keep the shape of the drop from the previous logo. Now the drop contains shapes that symbolize the external reproductive organs of menstruating people. This decision was made in order to reinforce Cíclica's identity as a brand that empowers its clients with their menstrual cycles.
NEXT STEP: BRAND IDENTITY
With the new logotype and logomarks done, we defined the new brand identity elements: color palette, typefaces, textures, and illustration styles. We also delivered a brand book in order to give the client a comprehensive guide on how to use this new image of the Cíclica brand. We also designed basic stationery materials for their business and packaging for their products.
